Machine Operator

TEMA-ACCRA GHANA / FULL-TIME

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-inclined Machine Operator to assist with the installation, maintenance, and operation of machinery. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and/or computer-operated equipment, and the ability to perform periodic checks and problem-solving tasks. They will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure equipment is in proper working order and comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.

• Operate tools to aid in the manufacturing process.

• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure equipment is in proper working order

• Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.

Key Skills

• High School Diploma/GED

• Additional education and/or experience is a plus

• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work and communicate well with others

• Proficiency with hand tools

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
